Thanks! 3dcalc is a very handy program. The only thing is that we have 34 ROIs in the mask, and would like to find the timecourse of each one individually. Using this new ROI_STAT dataset as a mask, we will get the timecourse for all 34 of the ROIs together. Would we have to use the 3dcalc command to make a different ROI_STAT mask for each ROI value or is there a simpler way to do it?
