Hi experts,

please excuse the very naive question.

I'm struggling with the beauties of 3dDecovolve, but I'm quite confused by thresholding when data are displayed in afni. How should I pick the threshold sub-bricks when viewing coefficients of interest?
I guess I'm missing the real statistical meaning of the whole threshold thing in 3dDeconvolve.

Should this be totally obvious? Is there something already written up you could point me to?
