Dear AFNI personel,
I am analyzing the following expeirment:
TR 3
Stim presentation 1.5 seconds (sub-TR)
Number of trials: 300
I tried to do execute waver as follows before performing a 3dDeconvolve:
waver -GAM -peak 1 -dt 3.0 -tstim `cat tstim.1D` > ideal.1D
The tstim file contains the stimulus times averaging 1.5 seconds apart (e.g. 1.5 3.0 4.5......350.0)
However I keep getting: Illegal value after –tstim after executing the waver command
I also am not able to do a 1dplot on the tstim.1D file. I did make sure that the correct quotes are used. Kindly advise if I am excuting waver wrongly for this type of experiment
Another point: should I do a 3dZcutup on the concatenated epi data therafter?
