Hi, I have questions about 3dfim and 3dfim+ as used interactively and on the command line. When is least squares detrending performed automatically (if ever) interactively and when must the -polort 1 option be specified on the command line? I'm dating myself but, when I began with AFNI, we specified -polort 1 using 3dfim and that doesn't seem to be an option these days. Thanks.
