3dfim+ and the "Compute FIM+" button in AFNI should produce the same results, to within roundoff error (they don't use the same code, they just use the same equations; 3dfim+ is by Doug Ward and AFNI is by me).

How does the 1D transformation LsqDtr come into this? It is only for graphing, and has nothing to do with fimage.
