Hi all. I was hoping to get more information on exactly what 3dTqual does. If I tried to replicate AFNI's 3dTqual output using, lets say MATLAB, what specific values would I need and can AFNI dump out those values? The reason I am interested is that I am trying to determine whether this type of "quality" index and its distribution could offer some actual quantitative guidance regarding the scan "quality" or whether, for example, the distribution of quality values differ between children and adults etc.

Any details would be greatly appreciated.
