Just a quick follow up... To examine group differences between the different tasks after doing the 3DANOVA3, I must do t-tests outside the ANOVA? Correct?
I lied I have one more question. Is it statistically incorrect to use the noneg option in 3dmerge of the functional maps while smoothing before entering the individual data sets into the ANOVA? I would assume essentially you are arbitrary removing data points of activation.
