AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

I was wondering whether there was a way to subsample the time series referable to the data points so that the number of lines in the time series (.1D file) contains a multiple of the number of data points collected during imaging. For example, if we collect 100 data points, can we create a time series file that includes 200 lines (instead of 100)? It seems as though AFNI needs the number of lines in the time series to match the number of data points in order to run a fico function, but I was hoping there was a way around this restriction. Thank you for your input.
