AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hello.

I have been very happy with the results I am getting using 3dDeconvolve to analyze our event-related data, but today, I got a very strange error. Using the same program that has been successful with several subjects, I got warnings like this for every .1D time series:

WARNING: time series anti_corall.1D has more than 1 column

I know anti_corall.1D has more than 1 column, so I have been using the column selector like this:

-stim_file 1 'anti_corall.1D[0]' -stim_label 1 anti \
-stim_file 2 'anti_corall.1D[1]' -stim_label 1 pro \
etc.

This error has only occurred since we have installed 2.52g, is there a difference in the way this version is reading .1D files?

Thanks,
Krista
