Paul Reber posted in June that there appeared to be an error reading the headers of Siemens Trio mosaic files that led to problems coregistering these with structurals. The thread ended with Bob asking Paul to upload some images.

Was this ever resolved? I'm having a similar problem with Siemens Allegra images. I've found cooridinates in the header labeled "Image Orientation Patient," but replacing the x- y- and z- origin values in the to3d GUI didn't help. Dividing the x value by number of columns in the mosaic and the y value by number of rows gets me closer, but it's still off in the z direction. Could someone with experience with an Allegra tell me where I can find the appropriate x-, y-, and z-origin values to use to replace the defaults in to3d? Will I only need to do this for the mosaics, or is this necessary for the structurals (MPRage) as well?
