Fellow AFNIers,

I am trying to compare the anatomical-to-functional (not the other way around) registration of AFNI vs. AIR. Instead of boring you with various problems I am encountering (e.g. In AIR when you register anatomical of 124 slices to functional of 32 slices, the outcome is 32 slices of anatomical as opposed to AFNI which maintains the full volume after say nudging), I would appreciate is anyone who has done this guides me with the steps to follow. Thanks in advance.
