AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Yang,

Is this problem specific to @SUMA_Make_Spec_FS? i.e. do
programs like afni, to3d and 3dVol2Surf work?

If that is the case, then perhaps those files are simply not
executable. So you might go to that directory, and type
"chmod a+x *".

As a side note, being in the same directory doesn't imply
that you can just type the program name to run it. It still
depends on your $PATH (specifically, whether the '.'
directory is in it). If you want to run a program out of the
current working directory, then you should run it with './',
as in "./@SUMA_Make_Spec_FS".
