Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Hi,
I am trying to create a global directory and can't seem to get it to work. In my .afni.startup_script I added the line:
AFNI_GLOBAL_SESSION /space/3/users/AFNI/Proj1/GLOBAL_SESSION


However, when I ran afni it did not load any of the files that were in the GLOBAL_SESSOIN directory. I then tried to put a '=' between AFNI_GLOBAL_SESSION and the path, but that did not work either. ANy ideas? (Does the global directory have to be in a special place, or is my syntax in the startup script incorrect)
