This is difficult, since I no longer have a Windows machine at work. I have one at home -- perhaps I'll try to compile it there. This is not a long-term solution, though, since I don't really want to do such large file transfers, etc., from home on a regular basis.
I compile AFNI binaries on the machines I have access to at the NIH, principally for NIH intramural use. Extramural users are free to use these, but direct support of extramural users is not part of the charter of my group. We do provide some such help, since most of the issues that arise in the extramural program also arise intramurally (sooner or later).
