Hello Amber,

You will need to create a new spec file for the Talairach-ed surfaces. That spec file will end up looking like the one in the distributed Talairach surfaces except for surfaces that you don't have or other surfaces that you have and I don't.
I have added documentaion for creating this new spec file. Search for: Creating your own Talairach Space Surface Models on SUMA's documentation webpage [afni.nimh.nih.gov].

Only surfaces that are anatomically correct (i.e. their geometry reflects the brain's anatomy) need to be transformed to Talairach. Distorted surfaces like inflated or spherical need not be transformed.
