Hi,
I used emacs to create at glt file with 2 rows in it, each row containing 15 columns:

0 1 0 0 0 -1 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0
0 0 1 0 0 0 -1 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0

When I run 3dDeconvolve I get the following message:

Matrix error: Expected: 2 x 15 Actual: 1 x 30

Is there something special I have to do in emacs to tell afni there is a line break?
