AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Thalia,

There seem to be 2 symbols in your expression that are not defined.
The 'b' you use should probably be defined by the "mean" dataset
that you have. So "-subjname.mean+orig" should most likely be
"-b subjname.mean+orig", defining b.

The warning refers to the symbol 'c', which is from 'cliplevel'. You
should put a numeric value in there, to cut out any mean that is
below a threshold (i.e. if the mean is too low, you assume there is
no activation there, otherwise, low-valued voxels (outside the brain,
say) will obscure the voxels that you really care about).

I hope this helps,

- rick
