AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

The "check for outliers" program that runs as part of to3d is not working on my SGI running AFNI 2.52e.

When I try to use it, I get the standard "check for corrupt data..." message to the screen, followed by the error message:

X Error of failed request: BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes)
Major opcode of failed request: 143 (DOUBLE-BUFFER)
Minor opcode of failed request: 3 (DBESwapBuffers)
Serial number of failed request: 1770
Current serial number in output stream: 1771

The same file runs fine on a SUN in a different lab, also running AFNI 2.52e.
The graph even looks good, so I don't think it is the data. I have tried multiple files, always with the same outcome: to3d closes, no brik built.

How can I fix this?

thank you,
Jen
