Hi,
The spatial extent of our functional data is significantly different than the structural data - the functionals look much smaller than the structurals when overlaid. (so after 3drotate the central sulci are aligned, but the cortical voxels of the functional data are 8-10 voxels medial to the structural cortical voxels). Is there any way in AFNI to stretch the functional data to better fit the structural pics? Or are there good ways to deal with this problem?
