Can someone elucidate the difference between and how to generate (I assume using 3dcalc) orthogonoal and non-orthogonal conjunction analysis maps for contrast A vs B and contrast C vs B (where B is a common comparison/baseline task, and A and C are different cognitive tasks). Because both contrasts involve the same comparison/baseline task B, I assume that there is a need to conduct an orthogonal conjunction analysis, and that orthogonal and non-orthogonal approaches will result in different results.
