3dANOVA2

Hi,

I'd like to use 3dANOVA2 on my data which consists of 10 subjects, 5 tasks per subject. Unfortunately one of the tasks in one subject had to be discarded due to excessive head motion. I included this subject (minus the bad task) into my 3dANOVA2 script, but I get the error: samples sizes must be the same. Do I have to discard this subject altogether?
