I'm having trouble getting 3dmerge to work with the option:
-1clust rmm vmul
where I've tried lot's of different values for rmm vmul.
The ouput is always the same as the input (for each sub-briks).
specifically here is an example command:
3dmerge -prefix cluster -doall -1clust 0 66.9672 epi_stats+orig
where 66.9672=12*5.806
and 5.806=sqrt(voxdim1_mm^2 + voxdim2_mm^2 + voxdim3_mm^2)
and 12 is the minimum cluster size threshold output by AlphaSim.
Should this work (or at least give me output different from input)?
