Hi,

when use 3dmerge to form clusters of functional images, how is the threshold sub-brick used? e.g., if I use
3dmerge -1dindex 6 -1tindex 7 -1clust 2.0 100 -2clip -1 0.5 -prefix xxx yyy+orig
what will be the actual threshold used?
My understanding is that -2clip is applied on the intensity data (-1dindex 6 here).
In AFNI GUI, we have to use the slide bar to define the threshold, what about here?
If we want to specify the threshold, do we have to use -1thresh thr? why is the thr limited
to rang 0~1 for fith and fico, and 0~32.7 for fitt?
