I am trying to convert a group map result from t-stat to z-values.

I used the following command:
3dmerge -1zscore -prefix zfilename "inputfile[1]"

This resulted in zfilename with only one sub-brick (z-values)

I know that I can use 3dbucket -glueto
to glue the fit coeff and t-stat values back on.

BUT, is there an option within 3dmerge to keep the original sub-brick 0 (fit coeff) and sub-brick 1 (t-stat) and just add another sub-brick for the z-values?
