Hello,

I have been attempting to process my MP Rage volumes using 3dUniformize, which for some reason causes them to look much brighter than expected (especially in extra-brain space)/doesn't seem to be estimating the white matter correctly. Any insight to help with this problem would ebe greatly appreciated.
