excuse the newbie question.

What plugins can be used to fourier transform voxel timecourses, apply a Hamming window, and inverse FT to get the smoothed and/or detrended (i.e., remove low-frequency, not just linear components) time course.
Should I be looking at 3dTsmooth and 3dDetrend?
If so, can I select the frequency cuttoffs for each?
