AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

In response to your 2nd question, it is not appropriate to do this. The reason is that the input to AlphSim should represent all the voxels in which you are looking for an experimental effect. If you have apriori regions of the brain that you are interested in, you could use a mask with only those brain areas. But if you are looking at the whole brain, you should use a whole brain mask
