We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

hi,

how do I get statistics of the activated area after using 3dDeconvolve?
e.g. number of voxels activated with p-/f-value above a certain level, percent of signal changes of the activated voxels, residual error of the fitting model, etc...?
I believe there must be some combinations of afni functions to do this, and I think it is better to ask people who have done this than to search the afni function pool by myself.

what other statistics are people interested in?
