AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi,

The following setup for calculating % signal change gave us an output ranging from -1900 to +1600. The input to 3dCalc was the output from 3dDeconvolve using a glt contrast between two different conditions. This doesn't seem to make much sense as a range for % signal change. Any suggestions?

Thank you,
Cendri & Philippe

-b Decon${subject}_18view554Tr30SAN+orig[2] \ ## fit coeff of linear drift
-c Decon${subject}_18view554Tr30SAN+orig[50] \ ## fit coeff of contrast A vs N
-exp "100*c/(a+b*(554/2))" \ ##percent signal change calculation?
