I like to have a comment header on my *.1D files, so I know where there come from, etc. No problem for 1dplot - just start the line with # and it will be ignored. When I try to use the same 1D file for 3dfim - it says it can't read the ideal file. Removing the comments works, but why not just build it into 3dfim to ignore commented lines?
