Wait, sorry, stupid answer. These are SUMA programs,
and need to be compiled on your system, or downloaded
from Ziad's download page:

[afni.nimh.nih.gov]

However, Ziad's packages are a couple of weeks old.
So until they are updated, you will have to compile
them from the afni_src.tgz package at:

[afni.nimh.nih.gov]
