We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Folks,

I would appreciate clarification on the orientation options in to3d please.

Is there any combination of to3d options that causes to3d to produce a BRIK whose data is in some other order than that of simply stringing together the input data?

Ie: Suppose the input data is a collection of coronal slice images, but we would like the AFNI volume in Dicom order (R-L, A-P, I-S), what combination of options achieves that effect?
