Hi,

Let's say I have a simple experiment in which I have three different types of stimuli, and I have set up 3dDeconvolve (polort 1) to model the responses to each these diferent types of stimuli, each with 3 lags. ...

1.) If I set up a glt that looks like this:

0 0 1 1 1 1 1 1 0 0 0
(so I have 2 "0"s for baseline parameter estimates, "1"s for the three lags of stimulus type 1 and stimulus type 2, and "0" for stimulus type 3)

What am I testing?


2.) If, given the same paradigm, I set up a glt that looks like this:

0 0 1 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0
0 0 0 1 0 0 0 0 0 0 0
0 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 0 0 0
0 0 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 0 0
0 0 0 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 0
0 0 0 0 0 0 0 1 0 0 0

What am I testing here?
