AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi,

My dataset is a spiral axial oblique acquisition, irregular timing (condition is on after 4 seconds in every timepoint ), TR=10seconds, 32 Timepoints/run, 6 runs,3T magnet -auditory study;

My question is related to 3dDeconvolve. As far as I understand
1lag= 1TR and the hrf peaks after 12-16 seconds.

I don't know why 3dDeconvolve doesn't run when I set the min lag to be 0 and max lag to be 2 (TR=10seconds ==> 2 lags=20seconds). It runs only for min lag 5 and max lag 7 .

Thank you,
Teodora
