Hi,

I am trying to use afni on windows using cygwin. I successfullly installed the afni package and tried a few commands. The command afni works fine.

But when i try to use to3d function, it gives me an error:

Making widgetsError: Can't open display : 0.0 .

I have made all the necessary changes in .profile . Can anyone please let me know what i am doing wrong. My to3d command looks like this:

to3d -time:tz 170 26 3s alt+z 3D:0:0:64:64:4420:<filename>
