Is the mean that ROIstats computes automatically the mean of all voxels in the ROI, including 0 values? For a dataset I output mean and nzmean and they were the same--implying that the automatic mean only uses non zero voxels, but the man page says, "-nzmean Compute the mean using only non_zero voxels. Implies the oppisite for the normal mean computed"
