Hi,

I need to look at the negative voxels in my data, but when I multiply my EPI mask by the FIM data, using 3dcalc, I loose all of the negative values. My command is this....
3dcalc -a ABCD_Mask+orig -b ABCD_FIM+orig -prefix ABCD_Masked_FIM -expr "a*b". Is there a way to keep the negative values and get a masked FIM?
