Dear AFNI users-
We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:
Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.
The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Hi,
i just converted a freesurfer subject to SUMA/AFNI with @SUMA_Make_Spec_FS, this script runs without error messages.
But when i try to load the new files in SUMA i get the following error message
SUMA_Assign_AfniHostName: Set AfniHostName to localhost (stream name: tcp:localhost:53211)
Error SUMA_Read_SpecFile: Your spec file contains uncommented gibberish:
LocalDomainParent = SAME
Please deal with it.
When I look into the spec file it says:
NewSurface
SurfaceFormat = ASCII
SurfaceType = FreeSurfer
FreeSurferSurface = lh.smoothwm.asc
LocalDomainParent = SAME
SurfaceState = smoothwm
EmbedDimension = 3
But this is the same like in the old files i created. So I don´t know what´s wrong. So if anyone has an idea
