Hi,

Can anyone tell me how to extract the time series from a mask and then average? I can manage to identify which voxels are above a certain threshold by using:

3dmerge -1thresh 0.5 -prefix thresh file@1+orig

3dmaskdump -mask thresh+orig file@1+orig > stuff

but this won't list the inensity values.

Any ideas?
