I can't think of a sure fire way to go about this other than doing the nudge in orig space, redo the tlrc transformation and repeat the adwarp operation on your epi data (or stats).
You MIGHT get away by trying to nudge the +tlrc anatomy to the +tlrc function but that's just nasty stuff even if the alignment is improved because you are breaking the link between +orig, +acpc and +tlrc .
As a frequent user, inquisitor and commentator , you are required to submit a picture to the AFNI user mug shot list.
