AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Question n. 1: in AFNI exists a way to crop a brik file and save it again as a brik file?

Question n.2: when I try to convert I file in brik file with 'to3d' command, AFNI tells me 'do not recognize image file xxxxx length seen as ..... cannot read first file'. The I files are created by a GE Signa 1.5 T tomograph with a software ver. 9.2. Why?

Question n.3: in which directory are saved I files of an RTIP session on a GE Signa 1.5 T tomograph?

Question n.4: does AFNI have tools for event related session analysis?

Thanks

Ciao
Giovanni
