Thanks Rich, I'm still having trouble....
so my anova output is an fbuc which contains (among other things), Contrast and t-stat sub-briks. Let's say I'm interested in working on my first contrast which is sub-brik 12 and its t-stat is sub-brik 13.
So I type:
3dclust -prefix output -1thresh 2.4475 0 4 'anova_output+orig[13]'
Where:
-1thresh 2.4475 is my t value corresponding to p<0.05
0 is the connectivity distance
4 is the minimum cluster size in microliters
I get a text output to my screen listing all the clusters that pass the criteria, and I get a message that says ++Writing dataset ./output+orig.HEAD, but an output file never get created for some reason. What am I missing?
