Basic stats question here: when looking at condition/contrast specific activation in AFNI, what is the difference between thresholding with the corresponding partial F-stat vs. the full model F-stat? Is it appropriate to threshold condition-specific activation with the full model F-stat or should I only use the partial F-stat?
