AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Rick,

I have a acpc aligned dataset (dset1+acpc*)..I used the dataset copy function to create a Zero(one) fim dataset(fset1+acpc) from dset1. Then i used fset1 as the functional and dset1 as the anatomical and delineated various ROIs using the Draw dataset plugin...then i realised that my AC-PC transformation is a little out of line so i edited it ..and now to use these new transformations I had to write this dataset(dset2+acpc*) to the disk.

Now if i select the draw dataset plugin for delineating the ROI with dset2 as my anatomical it doesn't allow me to draw on fset1

So i tried changing the IDCODE_ANAT_PARENT of fset1.HEAD to the IDCODE of dset2..but this didn't help..I was hoping that there was some way in which I could edit the .HEAD of fset1 to make it think that dset2 is it's parent dataset..so as to avoid redrawing the ROI..

thanks so much,
aparna
