Having problem when drawing rois using 'draw dataset' while in ac-pc view: value of label used for a given roi is changed after leaving given section (or program) and returning to that section. For example, when using label=1 for drawing an roi then moving to the next axial slice and drawing the extension of that roi with the same label=1, upon returning to the first roi slice the value will be 256, or 512, or 1024, etc. Seems to be some systematic mis-labeling, though which labels are off is not systematic--sometimes label=1 will be label=512, while other times (on same brain with same rois) label=8 will be label=2056, etc. This seems to change each time the program is loaded. Is this a problem specific to drawing rois in ac-pc view? Should I draw all rois in original view and transform to ac-pc after all are drawn? Please advise. Thanks.
