AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

I got your data, although it wasn't _quite_ in the usual format.

Do you want the good news or the bad news? Well, they're really the same thing.

The news is that your data looked great as is, using the command that you
sent (3di) on your first post.

So it is a byte-swapping issue. Did you try to byte-swap the data after you
loaded it with the 3di version of the to3d command?

Aside from that, what type of computer are you running AFNI on? We're
running on Intel Linux machines, which are native Little Endian, so that's
what your data is.

I've sent you a screen shot of the data in e-mail.
