Dear Afni users,
I have questions regarding calculation of mean, stdev, getting talairach coordinates from a dataset.
The dataset consists of 1 volume, 80 slices, and has intensity values in every voxel. I would like to do a voxel by voxel analysis to calculate the mean and stdev of all the voxels in the dataset and then get output of the cluster of voxels which are 2 Stdev above the mean. I would also like to Talairach coordinates of the cluster/volume.

To calculate the mean and the stdev I used
3dmaskave -mask mask+tlrc -sigma xyz+tlrc >mean_stdev.txt

What do I use to get the clusters with more than 2 stdev above the mean in the dataset xyz+tlrc the talairach coordinates ?
