AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hey folks,

For those of you who are interested, we have made a few modifications to the script in How-to #5 (Group Analysis using AFNI 3dANOVA programs). The script I'm referring to is @analyze_ht05, which does all the pre-processing of individual subjects' data in preparation for the group analysis. This includes normalizing the time series data by computing the percent signal change on a voxel-by-voxel basis. After some discussion on the message board, we've moved around a few steps. Take a look if you're interested:

Please check out the how-to's if you haven't already. They include step-by-step instructions on how to analyze FMRI data using AFNI. We are currently working on how-to#4: Deconvolution analysis with AFNI 3dDeconvolve.

Enjoy!

Peggy
