Well, it was created from a T1 weighted anat file that I had already talaraiched [e.g. - adwarp –prefix T1W –apar Subject_1_T1W+tlrc –dpar Subject_1_T1W+orig –dxyz 1.5]. I used the -dxy 1.5 option to increase the voxel size, but now I don't have the +orig files for this new anatomy file. The other question refers to when I have a +orig BRIK and HEAD file, but am no longer able to set markers (i.e. - I can't talaraich for one reason or another). I'm not sure it specifically refers to this same situation. I hope that helps some.
