AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi,

I'm using 3dfim+ to correlate the timeseries from one voxel with the rest of the brain as follows:

3dfim+ -out Correlation -bucket Corr_w_FG1 -ideal_file 019_047_003.1D -input RivFH_F+orig

where the *.1D file contains temporal data from one voxel (as may values as the number of subbricks in the -input dataset).

When I run this I get the following error message:

3dfim+ Error: Improper X matrix (cannot invert X'X)

What am I doing wrong?

I haven't used 3dfim+ before, so pardon the ignorance.
:)
